30-Day Free Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, we will gladly accept merchandise for return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a return, your item must conform to the following guidelines:

  • Is in new condition
  • Hasn't been washed, worn or altered
  • Be in the original packaging

Once your return is received, we will process the transaction and apply the funds to your payment account used for the original transaction. Allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to be completely processed.

If returns are made after the 30 day period, we reserve the right to refuse, charge a restocking fee, or return only a partial amount of the original purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please contact us. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted with your payment provider. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.


Faulty Goods or Wrong Item Received
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to replace faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color/size, subject to availability. You will receive a full credit if the item cannot be replaced.

Exchange Policy
To process an exchange, email your request for a Exchange Authorization with your original order ID within 30 days from receiving your order, to customercare@daprogers.com. Your order ID is in the original receipt you received in your email inbox or available for viewing on your account page.

Once, the item is received and inspected, we will send the replacement (if available). If no replacement is available, we will provide a refund (upon pass of inspection).
